  • Pre-assembled. I have put together too many barbecues and they take forever. You want one that is preassembled!

If Im using a ziptop bag, I place it on a half sheet pan in the refrigerator for at least an hour, but hopefully overnight so the chicken has plenty of time to soak up all that goodness.
