How to do
Add the honey, Dijon mustard and rice vinegar into a small bowl and mix to combine. Set aside.
Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crispy, turning occasionally. Then transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
