I had this one a few months ago and it was the best by far we had up to that point. So yummy!
We really enjoyed this! I love the recipes with the panko/cheese coatings on the chicken. Keeps the chicken tender and adds nice flavor. Our favorite is one that uses mozzarella and italian seasoning. We recreate it every few weeks. This might be added into our rotation of recreations!
We like this one too. A couple of weeks later we had something similar using the panko/sour cream topping but it didnt have the cheese in it. Now I keep shredded parm on hand because thats what makes this method work so well. The topping is too crumbly and bland without it.
