Begin by heating the skillet/pan over medium heat. Allow the oil to come to a temperature. In a small dish, mix all of the herbs and spices to marinate the chicken thighs. Trim the thighs of excess fat and pat them dry with a paper towel. Apply the spice or marinade to the chicken thighs at this point. In a skillet or pan, cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown. Cook for 4-5 minutes more, or until the chicken thighs are golden brown.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and pour in the chicken stock. After the stock begins to boil, cook the chicken for another 12-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken thighs reaches 165°F. Garnish with parsley and serve with family and friends.

There are the main factors that may have caused your chicken thighs to be dry and tough:
- You didnt bring the chicken out of the fridge for 20 minutes before cooking: This is key for even cooking!
- The thighs were overcooked: Make sure to take them out of the oven as soon as they reach an internal temp of 160° F .
- After baking them, you didnt allow the chicken thighs to rest for 3-5 minutes before cutting them. The resting time will re-distribute the juices and lock the moisture in.

Baking frozen chicken thighs take 40 to 45 minutes longer than baking regular chicken thighs in a 375-degree oven.
